4. Client Obligations

4.1 Account Information

When you submit information to us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' access to our services
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Our service fees are quoted on a project basis or as monthly retainers, depending on the scope of work. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Initial consultation is provided free of charge
• Project-based work requires 50% advance payment
• Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion based on work completed. Generally, no refunds for services already rendered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials provided to us. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 Term

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. For ongoing services, terms continue month-to-month unless otherwise specified.

9.2 Termination

Either party may terminate services with:

• 30 days written notice for monthly retainer services
• Immediately for material breach of these terms

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
